  My husband and I had gone to trunk space after visiting two other storage facilities. We were beyond pleased with the manager Katie she had no problem showing us 4 different units. The place was very clean compared to what we had seen. Katie helped us reserve a unit and we went in 4 days later completed paperwork and started moving in. I am happy with everything this far. Highly recommend

  Booking was straightforward. Katie Malone in the Medford, MA office was amazing. Very responsive and able to set it up to match our needs. No hard sell, very transparent. If you are in the Medford area, recommend them. Prices are also excellent as one of the more cost effective options.

  The manager Katie has been beyond helpful. She is patient with all my questions and explains everything in detail. I also want to mention how hard she works constantly cleaning up the building. The place looks great.

  I stopped by trunk space storage for some questions regarding a space Katie the manager was very helpful and answered all my questions n concerns even helped me look at a few sizes to fit my stuff thank u Katie
