  They did a great job at revamping all my beds and gardens. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.

  I do not know about the quality of work, but I find the lack of communication very unprofessional. I gave numerous chances (5) for them to respond and never did.

  I signed up for “all services” provided by big buy this year. They only cut the grass and neglected everything else. I even paid for new mulch to try and save our brand new bushes and tree. I asked about the tree / shrubs that were dying. They ignored me for a week then told me I never signed up for gardening. I shows them time stamped emails from last November with their office where I signed up for everything. They Refused to work with me to fix or replace ruined areas. Unprofessional, terrible office organization and don’t take ownership of mistakes. 0/5. This week a response to big guy feedback : they added fertilizer to my yard / tree after I fired them and the tree was already killed by sap eating inspects. They then back dated the service and are chasing me for a bill. The fertilizer killed 3 more bushes. I spent over $3k to replace them and a tree. Maybe if Big Guy spent more time concerning themselves with their jobs / landscaping they wouldn’t need to monitor reviews so heavily. I hired Outerland and they actually diagnosed the tree and have showed up to garden several times.

  Excellent job . Came the date and time they said they would be here . Great work ethic. I will be using them from now on.
