Mark O’Sullivan is the reason why that facility is so successful. Mark’s customer service skills are extraordinary, and he sets the standard in how a building and grounds should be maintained. Mark does his job with professionalism. We recently came back to ESS and when my husband and I walked through the door, not only did Mark remember us, he treated us warmly and like long-lost family. Our previous rental records were still in the computer system which made renting a new unit even faster. Each step along the way Mark clearly explained what policies had changed since we had previously rented and highlighted what was new. The facility is always immaculately clean and beautifully painted. Everything is always in perfect working order. You can feel confident renting from Extra Space Storage knowing that the facility is safe and secure.
