Today I went to go get my Christmas tree to find out that they updated the doors and put new locks but failed to notify me. I firmly believe they're in the business of auctions, not storage However their employees are compassionate and respectful Thank you for your response but we did reach out we will tell that maybe we would get a call back which we did and we were still denied access even though our bill is paid up to date

A real stand up guy, he answered all of my questions, took me on a tour and showed me all of the unit sizes I was interested in. He offered his insight and gave me great advice that would help me save money and switch over to self storage over my current rental with public storage. The fact he took the time showed me he cared and thats rare these days. The location is clean and well kept with excellent employees. 5*
