    We worked with Miles who was really helpful and answered all our questions. Didn’t feel like a high pressure sales visit and he was really patient with our kids bopping around and playing with the recliners. Looking forward to our new couch!

    Hi, my name is Tony and 2020 and 2021 was a very difficult time in my life. My wife Lisa took very ill after getting Covid. A couple of months ago I went to Lovesac and met Janelle. I started the process alone because my wife Lisa was still in the hospital. Janelle was very patient and understanding. Finally Lisa came home, so the two of us were able to visit and finally, Janelle brought us home and now, new Lovesac owners. Thanks to Janelle, she handled it with thoughtfulness and compassion.

    I have visited the Lovesac website several times but decided to drop by the Peabody MA store to try out the different seating options and spoke with Tim. I was so impressed. I had a lot of questions for him which he answered in great detail. He also asked me a lot of questions to make sure the style and fabric would be the best choice for my living situation. Tim made it so easy to make a decision. This was without question the best shopping experience I have had in recent memory. I highly recommend!
