The service desk should be called the un-service desk here. Everytime i come in here for anything the employees have a certain tude if you even ask the time of day. I try to avoid shopping at this lowes because everytime I have a bad experience. Today on 1/8/26 was no exception, they made up some bs story that they could not exchange something I purchased at different lowes and had to go back to that lowes. As a homeowner and contractor this really puts a sour taste in my mouth about the management here and really tarnishing to the lowes brand. Literally every other lowes in the merrimack Valley is better. Salem nh being the absolute best followed by Danvers, MA and then nashua, NH.

Staff are usually quite helpful or will find someone who is. Prices are a tad higher than the other big box diy store. Sometimes quality is better but there are a few items I’ve purchased over the years that were rather inferior to the other more affordable store in the next town… I do appreciate and often come for landscaping or greenhouse selections in the 3 planting seasons.
