    The employees here treat you like crap. I asked a simple question and the guy shrugged me off and said I don't know where anything in the store is there's over 1 million products and I couldn't tell you why don't you look online? I then went to go look for product. I was then followed around by some employee who just kept following me around the store looking at me looking at what I was doing. I honestly do not want to shop at this store. Why would I want to bring my business here if you make me feel like I've done something wrong. Or that I shouldn't be in the store shopping there because that's how I felt. Whoever is running the security department needs to step up And stop profiling and discriminating people

    Ordered online for same-day delivery. It was clearly delivered to the wrong house. Lowe’s admitted the mistake, yet I’m now stuck waiting days for a “case” to be resolved. In the meantime, I can’t cancel the order, get refund, or get a replacement. Not sure why my money and time is tied up when the delivery error was on their end.

    Sells boxes of furniture missing pieces, won’t do an exchange. Wanted us to go take a brand new box and take the pieces we’re missing out of the brand new box. Why not just do an exchange? Manager also started the whole interaction with an attitude and made snide comments when we were going to leave. Garbage customer service.

    Fine store overall. Word of warning about shades: I bought some shades here. The machine to cut them to size was broken that day, so I had to come back a different day. When I did, the employee in charge of the machine gave me a hard time about it. I still had the receipt. They still had to get their manager to check if they were allowed to cut the shades. Then, despite giving a single measurement for all the shades, I noticed in the parking lot that all the shades were cut to wildly different sizes -- some of them several inches apart. Lucky for me, they were all too big, so I brought them to a different Lowe's and had them cut properly. So, the lesson of the story is buy your shades from the Lowe's in Salem, NH.
