I called this company to make an extra fob and he deactivated the fob that I already had and wanted to charge me to reactivate the fob the he just deactivated. They are thieves DO NOT WORK WITH THEM LOWELL LOCK ARE WAY BETTER PRICED AND WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL. If only I can post the screenshot of his response after finding out he deactivated my fob and never made my additional fob. They don’t know what they are doing. He drove off without even telling me he couldn’t do it.
