- BTBrian Toohey5 days ago1.0Poor quality Kobalt hand tools and ridiculous warranty requirements. The direction lever on the 3/8" ratchet in my Kobalt mechanic set failed and simply fell out. I attempted to exchange the faulty ratchet using the advertised "no hassle warranty" but was told I had to return and exchange THE ENTIRE 250+ PIECES of the set (in the original cheap plastic case). One missing Allen wrench, one missing screwdriver bit, one missing socket and it's NO WARRANTY FOR YOU! What a ridiculous policy, it's almost like they're actively trying to drive customers to the other big box place just a couple of miles away...

- BCBilly ComerfordOct 24, 20251.0I went into Lowe's Leominster today to see what Christmas lights and displays this year that I want to buy, once I went through the doors the Solo power guys started up asking me if want solor I told them no can't to much trees, put they wouldn't except my answer and kept on telling me to come over, that just put a bad taste in my mouth, and just walked around the displays and not buy anything, I know they are sales and get a commission but just step it back. I will never step foot into this Lowe's again, they are plenty of other places I can buy Christmas lights from.
