Horrible service purchased a washer machine from them which was faulty had to bring it back the next day I know it being faulty is not there fault but as I go to return it spoke with the manager told him to proceed with the return of the machine and also the protection plan he did not want to refund me $89 protection plan which I do not need anymore as I returned the machine had to argue with them for 2 hours for the refund I ended up leaving with no washer machine and no refund if you purchase a appliance there do not buy the insurance plan !

My husband and I had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Leominster Lowe’s tonight when trying to return extra boxes of Christmas lights. The lights were in the same unopened packaging we originally purchased them in, including the packaging they are shipped to the store in. Instead of asking appropriate questions and handling the return professionally, the customer service rep made snarky, passive-aggressive comments hinting that she thought we were lying about not using them.
Once I got home, I called the store and asked to speak with the on duty manager. Unfortunately the same employee we had the issue with answered the phone and questioned why I needed to speak with a manager instead of simply transferring me as I requested, which made me even more uncomfortable given the situation. When I finally got connected with the manager, it was clear from her tone that she didn’t genuinely care about the concern, even though she stated the employee’s behavior was unprofessional and claimed she would address it.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend visiting the Hudson Lowe’s instead. Their customer service is far more professional, welcoming, and helpful.

Keep getting broken products and zero help from customer service. Spoke with 4 people and the only actual help I got was to “try another store”. Driving an hour away to another store to just get a broken product is getting really old.
