Horrible service purchased a washer machine from them which was faulty had to bring it back the next day I know it being faulty is not there fault but as I go to return it spoke with the manager told him to proceed with the return of the machine and also the protection plan he did not want to refund me $89 protection plan which I do not need anymore as I returned the machine had to argue with them for 2 hours for the refund I ended up leaving with no washer machine and no refund if you purchase a appliance there do not buy the insurance plan !
