The whole process of getting a unit was smooth and straightforward. I especially want to recognize Deb, the manager. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Deb took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the unit that best fit my needs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way she does. If you’re looking for storage in the Kingston area, I highly recommend this location.
