This last-minute communication forced me to empty my storage unit unnecessarily, believing the shed would be installed as planned. When the installation finally occurred, I was shocked to discover that the shed was built two feet off the ground, making it completely unusable for storing essential items like my lawnmower. Despite my attempts to address these issues with both Heartland and Lowe's executive compliance team, my concerns were dismissed. To make matters worse, they are now requesting the second half of the payment for a shed that I cannot even use properly. I am left with items that should be stored in the shed cluttering my small cottage, and there has been no customer service support or suggestions for solutions. Overall, this process has been frustrating and unsatisfactory, leaving me with a shed that fails to meet my needs while still being pressured for payment. I would have put this on heartlands but it says they are closed.
