- MPMatt Pfund4 days ago1.0There is a clear and serious rodent problem at this facility (illustrated by traps in multiple locations throughout the building), and the staff appear completely unfazed by it. A mouse or rat chewed through multiple wrapped items, irreversibly damaged my couch (which was sealed in plastic), and even nested inside it. I had no food stored in my unit and had taken every reasonable precaution to keep rodents away. When I brought all of this to management’s attention, there was absolutely no sense of concern or accountability. I was told it was “not their problem” and that nothing could be done. They showed no interest in inspecting the damage or addressing the droppings and urine left on several pieces of my furniture, and made sure to remind me that there was no disposal on site for these items and that I was responsible for having them removed from the property. Lack of compliance would result in a fine. On top of the lack of care and responsibility, the rate for my unit was increased three times in a 1.2 year period, ultimately ending at more than double the price I originally signed up for. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution anyone considering storing their belongings here.
