They actually answer the phone or call you back almost immediately if you leave a message. They are always quick to get out to me for service calls and to come back with parts if needed. They are the only company I use and I refer them to friends and family often.

Came with the gasket I didn't need. Said I should wait until the machine leaks. Here 5 minutes. Left me with the unwanted part $116 and a bill for $173 to deliver the part. A $300 lesson. Be wise.

He spent 20 minutes in our home and sent me a message that the door is broken and i should remove a trip to fix it.. idk how to repair a dryer thats why i thought i hired them. Apparently i paid them $175 JUST TO DO A CONSULTATION and come tell me the door is broken, which i already knew. now no one will return my messages or calls. I'm so disappointed and confused.
