    Go to Home Depot. Service here is embarrassing and slow. Curbside pickup is heavily advertised but doesn’t not work. Stocking to my local hardware store from now on. This company wants to run off AI only

    Today I visited the Lowe’s in Hudson to buy a washing machine, and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Terry—a truly excellent salesperson. I highly recommend him; the service was outstanding and very attentive. Thank you for your assistance—we will definitely be back to make future purchases with you.

    Stay away from this LOWE’S Drive to Home Depot The worst customer service Spoke to multiple store managers about a delivery that was supposed to come on March 23rd. Well it got delayed. I get it stuff happens The guy I hired to do work on my house I found other stuff for him to do in the meantime After calling and speaking to 2 diffrent store managers Who were 0 help they gave me a a new date of March 27th for delivery So I hired a carpenter again to go get the product at Lowe’s and install the product in my house. Well it got delayed again Why give a tracking -# and date if the product isnt coming that day So now a 400 dollar window is now costing me almost 2k because of all the delays I then called corporate on Monday March 30th And if you think the employees and store managers at Hudson LOWE’S are useless Well call corporate What a giant waste of time They offered me 50 dollars for my troubles What a joke I am a builder in town and have spent so much money with Hudson LOWE’S and for them to offer me 50 in store credit is a joke I wish it was in cash so I can put it my gas tank to drive to Home Depot Anyway stay away from here if you need customer service 1 star rating is too many stars

    There is only 1 reason I come to Lowe’s and it’s because I prefer the paint selection. I usually go to Home Depot in Shrewsbury because they have the BEST customer service! Today’s experience is exactly why. Daniel in the paint department didn’t seem too happy to be working on a Sunday. When I approached the counter with a gallon and color selection, he just looked at the color, grabbed the can and marched back down the aisle to swap it out. I asked why he needed to do that and he said I needed a Base B. I asked to confirm if it was still Eggshell and he turned the can and pointed to Eggshell, as if to prove he wasn’t an idiot. A smile, warm welcome, compliment the color, ask what room I’m painting, a quick explanation to tell me what he was doing would have avoided my review on his lack of customer service. Instead he mixes the paint, puts a dap on top, slams down the lid in a machine, and hands everything to me with a “here you go”. All I have to say is thankfully this was the last room I need to paint, so Home Depot I will go for all my other needs.

    I am currently building my house, which means I go to this Lowe’s almost every single day. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently frustrating. Returns are always a problem. Employees seem unwilling to help, poorly trained, and often act as if customers are bothering them instead of doing their job. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, basic respect, and clear assistance — especially in a store that serves contractors and homeowners daily. This location seriously needs better training and management oversight. A customer should not have to struggle every time they try to return or exchange an item.
