I am currently building my house, which means I go to this Lowe’s almost every single day. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been consistently frustrating.
Returns are always a problem. Employees seem unwilling to help, poorly trained, and often act as if customers are bothering them instead of doing their job.
As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, basic respect, and clear assistance — especially in a store that serves contractors and homeowners daily.
This location seriously needs better training and management oversight. A customer should not have to struggle every time they try to return or exchange an item.

Strongly recommend this location. The manager Brian and Appliance Associate Henry were amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. They genuinely care about helping their customers and will certainly be returning to this location.

Tried to return a sander that broke immediately after using it for the first time. They refused to accept the return and the manager was INCREDIBLY rude… While I acknowledge there are customers that abuse the return policy, if the manager pulled up our account/purchase history like we asked him to, he would’ve seen how much we’ve spent so far and how little we return anything. Switching to Home Depot for life.
