  I’m very disgusted by the associates at this store it truly giviving Holyoke just rude and don’t do anything for the customers I was supposed to receive a good amount of items on Tuesday the 2nd because that’s what one of the employee told me.they took my money on the 3rd and I didn’t receive my items until the 9th of December.when my items actually arrived the associates inform when they were at my door that one couch wasn’t going to be able to fit through my door.i have standard door but okay.they start bringing all the pieces up to my apartment.just for them to tell me they can’t figure out how to put a couch together it was the manager and another guy trying to assemble my couch the manager finally end up telling me that I shouldn’t even keep the couches because he can’t even figure it out.so after waiting n waiting they end up still taking everything back and refunding me .horrible horrible horrible i knew Holyoke was ghetto but not this bad honestly this places should be more professional

  Después de casi 2 años pagando al día, Estuvieron diciéndome que me quedaba 3 pagos durante 5 meses. Llamaba y preguntaba y siempre faltaban 3 pagos. Luego vinieron a mi casa a buscar $311 en octubre y me dijeron que el último pago era en noviembre. Llame ayer 17 de noviembre y me dijeron que no debía. Después que no sabían de ese pago y que mi cuenta fue enviada a recolección, luego me llama el Sr Orlando Pérez a tratar de jugar con mi mente a decirme que aún debo y tratando de explicarme lo que dice la computadora pero no me sabe esplicar lo que hacen los empleados con nuestras cuentas y después nosotros somos los que pagamos…. Hay truco en esa tienda y TODOS se tapan

  They don't know how to run a business will over charge you even after you pay the full price of the merchandise! So if you rent a product and you finished paying it off they will continue to blow up your phone over late fees if you paid late. You will call and try to pay them and they will tell you that they need more money to make the payment and not take the money then when you finish paying the entire amount for the merchandise they will charge you more for paying late even though it's their fault for not taking the money in the first place. Manager is rude and so are the employees. The female named Rosa is extremely rude and always has an attitude when you call. Don't know why they hired her in the first place she can't handle customer service she shouldn't be the one picking up the phone. The General manager Rob is a complete douchebag he doesn't know how to work with you and doesn't care if you curse him out or disrespect him he doesn't care about his customers. He will tell you one thing and then switch it up another day. If you owe only $20 in late fees they will blow up your phone and threaten to take the merchandise. I will never ever rent from this place ever again! I don't recommend anyone else rent from here either. The aarons in holyoke Massachusetts is horrible! By the way me and my husband are Puerto Rican and speak fluent Spanish so it has nothing to do with race. It's just they want to keep charging you even after you pay the full price for the merchandise. Don't ever rent from here. Take my advice!!
