We've been using CMS for a few years now, and have had excellent service in both job performance, and customer relations. Our latest service was fertilization and weed control. Sam, the technician was very personable, and took the time to tell us about the application he was putting down, and asked us if we had any questions. Great job, Sam!

Thinking of changing lawn care provider. Contacted CMS for a quote. They came right out, gave me a price, gave me several recommendations on various lawn and tree issues and were very responsive to any calls or questions I had. They are at the top of my list for a new service provider.

Frequently Asked Questions About CMS Landscaping

Does cms offer a mosquito treatment?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive 5 to 7-step mosquito control program that is entirely organic and requires no maintenance from the property owner. Our team will visit your property every 4 weeks to apply the treatment around your home's foundation and the perimeter of your property.

How can i protect my lawn from salt damage in the winter?

To protect your lawn from salt damage in winter, consider these strategies: use physical barriers like plastic or burlap to minimize salt spray; shovel snow promptly to reduce salt usage; distribute shoveled snow evenly to limit salt concentration; opt for landscape-safe de-icing alternatives like sand or cat litter; and when using rock salt, adhere to recommended application rates to prevent excess buildup and potential plant damage.
