- SDSteven DymentJul 15, 20251.0What a disaster of a store. Understaffed and incompetent. I brought my Polaris vacuum in to be fixed which was bought from them and still under warranty. The vacuum sat in the back unfixed for 2 weeks. I tried to call the store and nobody answered the phone. I took my vacuum and got it fixed elsewhere same day. Turn around, these people don’t know what they’re doing.

A handmade sign indicated they closed on 4/9/22 and suggested other locations. I paid for the part but no other location will give you the part because they will not get the sale. I called Corporate and they were useless!!! Not empowered to do anything. I will be shopping at the Abington Pool Place from now on. STAY AWAY FROM LESLIE POOLS!!!
