He took my info and called me back with all the info he had. We spend 10's of thousands of dollars at Lowes Hardwares' every year. Went here as soon as we rolled in to town, needed a BUNCH of stuff to get started on layout (laser level, lumber, flagging etc). I brought my personal saw in to get a thumb screw for a rip guide. Didnt know the size. At check out I left my saw behind the register. As soon as I realized I had done so I called in. Took 20 min to get a hold of someone on the phone (frustrating in the field). They said they had my saw behind the front desk, but when I got there it had dissappeared and havent gotten any explanation as to where it went. Anyways, my bad on leaving a tool behind, but dissappointed with the situation all around. Cowls and Home Depot for the rest of this build.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
