The only reason this isn’t zero stars is because of Fran in sales. When we went into the Hadley Lowe's physically, Fran was professional and truly did his best to help us navigate the mess.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been a disaster. We are going on two weeks with no hot water. We scheduled a hot water tank installation, but it’s been a string of no-delivery and no-show installers. Lowe’s Customer Care has been virtually non-responsive, leaving us in a loop of empty promises and zero communication.
Being without hot water for 14 days is unacceptable. We haven't paid yet, and at this point, we likely won't. If you need an emergency appliance replacement, do not rely on Lowe’s corporate coordination—they will leave you stranded. Thank you, Fran, for trying, but the installation and support system here is completely broken."

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
