- VRVikaasa Ramdas6 days ago5.0So we had got a Caldera Reunion hot tub a few months back, but there was a minor surface defect with it. Happily, Mainely Tubs Framingham sales (Carolina) and service department (special call-out to the L1 service crew) were able to resolve this issue for me by replacing the entire hot tub. Furthermore, since the new tub arrived in freezing weather, they brought a pump and a inflatable bladder to transfer the hot water (which was only about 2 months old) from the previous tub to the new tub. The L1 service crew were awesome and did a great job! Thank you so much!!
