- ASAnnemarie SchmidtNov 12, 20255.0We have 2 leather recliners which are in very good conditions other then they have cat claw marks. I attempted to repair them using a leather repair kit. While the claw marks were covered, the repairs had a different sheen to them and so stood out like a sore thumb (worse than the claw marks!). I then turned to ChatGPT for advice on how to better meld the repairs and was advised to cover them with leather paint and then use a finishing product to blend them in. Ugh...the leather paint would not dry on the repairs and so I ended up totally wiping it off. Now the areas looked even worse. Time to call in the professionals. Bryan came to our condo, spent a couple of hours and now our chairs look like new!!! I highly recommend Hub Leather.
