When I tried to calmly bring the issue to the manager’s attention, they didn’t even take the time to listen to my complaint or respond at all. It felt like they didn’t care about their customers or about maintaining any level of respect. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here for crafts and home décor, but this experience completely changed my opinion. It’s unacceptable when both the cashier and the manager fail to show any professionalism or concern. I won’t be returning to this location again, and I hope the company takes customer service training seriously in the future
