The first time I told them it in person, and the second time I did it online and I was transferred to the location and told them over the phone. I was told not to worry about it that I wouldn’t get charged again, which I found to be a poor choice of words to use but other than that it was a pretty decent experience. Would definitely rent there again if I needed to.

They were able to secure the cheapest price even though I did it over the phone and was able to get the online promotion deal. They even called to check in after I had placed my stuff in the unit to make sure everything went well and if I had any other questions. I recommend to anyone needing a safe and reliable place to put their belongings for short term/ long term stays. Thank you so much you guys were awesome!!! I do want to also mention I am not in the country and my family was able to be added on as authorized users and were able to drop my stuff for me and a lock was provided for a small price. Life savers to say the least.
