  Came in late when it was close to closing time and even though they had stopped taking washes 30 mins prior, they still helped me. Kristin was helpful making sure the washers got turned back on and everything would dry by closing time.

  I've been a loyal customer for over five years now, and the entire team at Laundromax never fails to impress me. Brenda Doty and her associates make the whole process run smoothly and the laundry is always done to perfection; washed, dried and folded the next day. I highly recommend this business for anyone whether you do your own laundry, or you take advantage of the "drop off" service like I do!

  I loved washing here until I had walked in one time 10 min before 10pm to wash my clothes mind you the sign says “last wash is at 10pm” keep in mind laundry closes at 12 am I was told I was unable to wash because it’ll take to much time. I showed up to wash my clothes and after carrying my laundry I was basically denied service. It’s false advertisement, last wash is not at 10pm. I don’t understand why you guys have a sign saying last wash is at 10 when your employees stated that by store policy it’s not and all machines are shut off by 10 can someone please make this make sense. I one time came around the same time but a different employee was working that day and not once did he deny us service please get your hours straightened out or your employers straightened out so this doesn’t happen again with another customer

  I had a great experience at Laundromax! The facility was clean, the machines worked perfectly, and everything ran smoothly. Brenda was especially amazing she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this location!

  First time here at Laundromax in Fitchburg.Very clean. Very well-organized. Wonderfully professional manager, Brenda, who helped me (an inexperienced launderer) to get the right size machine to launder one of my Mom’s beloved floor rugs. She also gave me an extra pod for the 30 pound machine that she recommended. DRIERS ARE FREE!! Great place! I’ll come here again for more expert tutelage in the art of the laundromat. Thank you, Brenda.
