It is far too rare to find someone knowledgeable, professional, helpful and that does a great job but we found all those in Mark. We will call him when we have more windows to do.

I will not recommend BB to no one and will be placing a complaint with the BBB...

He was upfront about costs, which I appreciated. While hiring someone to do this kind of thing is more expensive than doing it solo, the lack of stress made it worth it. The product was beautiful and I did not wait very long (3 weeks) after ordering to installation. All around, it was a very efficient and worthwhile experience.
