  We placed an order with Mark from Budget Blinds on 11/13/25 and gave him a cash deposit of $2500. Mark stated the order would be in in 3-4 weeks. On 12/18, I texted Mark for an update on the order. He stated he would check and let me know that afternoon. No response. I reached out the following day and he responded via text that the fabric for my blinds was out of stock and wouldn’t be shipped until Jan. He did state that the blinds for my French doors WERE in but he thought it best to wait to install until the order was complete. I agreed and said I would reach back out middle of Jan. On Jan. 14, I texted Mark to get an update and he said they were delivered to his warehouse that morning. He came out to install on Jan.19. The first thing he said when he got to my house is that he had everything BUT the blinds for the French doors. I reminded him that back in Dec. he said he DID have the French door blinds but not the rest. He said he was mistaken and someone mislabeled them. I told him I was going to hold back part of the balance due until the French door blinds came in and were installed. He said okay and we negotiated me holding back $300. He proceeded to install the blinds. On Feb. 2, 2026 I texted for an update about the French door blinds. He said he’d check later when back at office. No response. I texted Feb. 3, he replied he had the flu. I reached out on Feb. 9th for an update and he stated they were shipped. On Feb. 24th I reached out again and expressed my frustration. I asked him to track the shipment to see where they were. He proceeded to reply by saying “I don’t work all day and it’s 5:15 in the GODDAMN afternoon and that he was going to send us a refund of $300 and we could go elsewhere. He did not fulfill his end of the contract and never refunded us our money. So completely unprofessional. He promised to send the refund over 3 weeks ago and I have received nothing.

  Mark with Budget Blinds was so incredibly patient, friendly,, helpful and professional through the entire process of choosing, ordering and installing my blinds. I love the blinds and would definitely give his customer service five stars!!! Thank you SO much!!!

  Mark did a great job on our custom roller shades and roman blinds. He was truly amazing to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend him. It is far too rare to find someone knowledgeable, professional, helpful and that does a great job but we found all those in Mark. We will call him when we have more windows to do.

  Absolutely love my shades from Budget Blinds! Mark has been amazing to work with and the installs go great. I just ordered more to complete my home after about a year with the first round and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!
