  Today was my first time here and after my experience , I have a new laundromat home , lol . It's very clean , machines are great .want to give a special shout out to Jessica , who has the greatest customer service skills.She's definitely good people and an asset to this business , if anyone has any questions or concerns she is who you want to speak with .

  Very spacious & clean environment. Many more washer and Dryers than any other laundromat I've gone to in Fall River over the years. Attendant working is very professional and helpful. Kind and welcoming. Which is refreshing and appreciated as a customer. They have vending machines with snacks and drinks. They have massage chairs, literally. Both a male and female restroom. Chairs around in several areas, so more people have a place to sit. Even a table with toys for small children. A front counter that has plenty of laundry necessities. Plus a card, rather than quarters machine. In addition, to a points program. It's like a luxury laundromat and I never thought those words would come out of my mouth. Also they have some days that they are open 24 HOURS! I absolutely love that, makes scheduling so much easier. Sorry for the novel but it was a lot to share.

  Super convenient, credit card enabled laundromat. Excellent cheerful customer service, kudos to Krystal for being a great brand ambassador on a snowy day!
