Called company back to complain and for anther tech to finish what he started. Nothing but the run around!!! Update: They finally contacted me at 10pm, to say the same tech can go out the next day. I told them I didn't want the same guy I'm complaining about to come to my house again. Horrible customer service. The response to this review by them is to go to a website and fill out a form. How about you give me a number to call, and some one who can fix the problem!!!
