- RSRyan SDec 28, 20251.0Place is infested with mice and rats and believe me, mine isn't the only unit. It’s to the point where they’ve destroyed all of my stored furniture. Units have no ceilings. They ultimately couldn’t care less. I’ve paid this place tens of thousands of dollars as my rate is now $300/month. This is completely unacceptable. 100 year old building, number one priority should be controlling mice and rats especially for $300/month. Extra space is ultimately just another slumlord gouging you in an interest of corporate greed. Stay away from this place

Needing a place to store my items I found a wonderful deal online for this company and the sign up was extremely easy over the phone. When I arrived to the actual place the staff were warm and welcoming and very informative. Everything was ready for me and I couldn't be happier! No I am not a paid testimonial or a bot. This is a real life experience and this company is amazing so far

I paid my bill That place has rats and mice and bed bugs and cockroaches How many insurance claims do you have going just in December alone I can say some of my things are ruined I took my business else where Lots of your clients have as well I should had listened right from the start Your a drama queen Never in the office Keep going outside and go threw the trash Keep going outside to smoke How many nails How much trash did I pick up up off that dock I have pictures of mice as well Love and Light Merry Christmas
