- KMKathryn McKennaAug 26, 20251.0One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Tom came to give us a pool quote and was pompous, arrogant, and flat-out rude. He barely set foot in our yard before brushing us off and making it clear he had no interest in our project. He acted like he was doing us a favor just by showing up, and couldn’t get out of here fast enough. If this is how he treats potential customers, I can only imagine how terrible the actual process would be. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
