    Love Lowe's but why have all pick-up in front of front door. move off to the side to your customers can use those spots.. Also why no open check outs, so tired of self checkouts..

    Horrible Angie at the registers was so rude I couldn't believe it. She was staring at me like she hated me lol. All I did was ask for directions.i bought my stuff and left. I won't be back.

    Worst service ever. I asked the associate if they would price match another big box retailer and he said they did, called the supervisor for a code and then he stated they dont price match everyone, only home depot which is not what is stated on the Lowe's website, per the website; they dont limit which big box retailers they price match. I needed the part so I was like fine, then the item rang for the wrong price, another supervisor came and told me I had to show him that the scanner had the wrong price by having me walk to the aile to show them the sticker price which was marketed with a giant sign. He then rips all the tags and tells me he will fix it, then we walk back to the register. Store employees make up their own rules instead of following company policy. I will avoid going to this store from now on.
