Nick was the technician assigned to my address in Danvers and the service he provided was fantastic! He was patient, informative and spent the time with me that I needed to ensure that I am caring for my spa properly. It’s not just about the sale but the post sale and support of a hot tub that matters as well. You are lucky to have him on your team and I appreciate his support and professionalism. Bravo!

I contacted Max on a Sunday night asking for advice - he guided me through keeping the tub safe and had a technician (Nick B) at my place early the next day - in the midst of us digging out from a 24” snowfall. Had the heater replaced and was back in action within 24 hrs of identifying the problem. Incredible customer service and responsiveness - thanks Max and Nick!
