Pretty terrible experience- they used to be great a few years ago but will no longer put any effort into getting large orders ready. If there are any pallets with sheet rock or other material in the way they simply will not move it to get you what you have ordered even with ample notice. Too bad really.

FIRM 90 day return policy and all employees beholden to the system. One week over due to weather trying to preserve the 4*8 from wet winter roads and all I got is an "unable to return". The employees are nice, the system is robotically unyielding. It isn't posted at check out but is there in fine print at the return desk...

I was walking around lost in the flooring department when a lovely associate walked up. She was helpful, gave me fantastic input to what I was looking for. She was beyond friendly and I was so appreciative that she approached us that day. She was spot on too because the floor is in my kitchen was installed and it looks AMAZING. Thank you Simone!!!!!

The old women who work at this lowes are rude, classless, and unprofessional. I was in the store with my stepdaughter and I didnt ask for help and then I was approached by a hostile old women with glasses in the floor department and she shouted at me and asked if i needed help and I replied no. She then asked in a very snarky way if "i was sure" i didnt need help. Then another the same woman came up too me on my way out and screamed my
Childs name and said good job in a very condescending tone and very loudly. I will be back in person too speak with a manager when I do not have a child with me. Very disappointed in you Lowes.
