The old women who work at this lowes are rude, classless, and unprofessional. I was in the store with my stepdaughter and I didnt ask for help and then I was approached by a hostile old women with glasses in the floor department and she shouted at me and asked if i needed help and I replied no. She then asked in a very snarky way if "i was sure" i didnt need help. Then another the same woman came up too me on my way out and screamed my
Childs name and said good job in a very condescending tone and very loudly. I will be back in person too speak with a manager when I do not have a child with me. Very disappointed in you Lowes.

My experience with Lowe’s Danvers has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
In October, I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from this store. It was delivered and installed while I was traveling. When I returned home, I discovered the refrigerator was damaged. I contacted Lowe’s immediately, only to be told that because I called one week later, I had “missed the return window", despite the fact that the damage occurred during delivery and installation.
I was then sent to the manufacturer, who had to come out to assess the refrigerator. Frigidaire confirmed there was damage and told me to return to Lowe’s for a replacement.
When I went back to the store, the only person who showed any level of care or accountability was the store manager, Chuck. While I appreciate his effort, the solution Lowe’s came up with was absurd:
I was told I had to purchase an entirely new refrigerator, have it delivered, and only after the original damaged unit was returned would I receive a refund.
Fast forward to today - the second refrigerator arrived. It was also damaged. We inspected it on the truck and refused delivery because it was visibly damaged before it even came off. So now:
I am out over $3,000 for two refrigerators
I’m out $110 in delivery fees and tips
I’m out $100 in haul-away fees, yet the damaged refrigerator is still sitting in my home
I still do not have a single undamaged refrigerator
I have not received any refunds
This entire situation has been exhausting, time-consuming, and financially stressful. Lowe’s policies and processes have completely failed here, and customer service, outside of Chuck, has been dismissive and unhelpful at every turn.
I expected far better from a company of this size. Instead, I’ve been left without a working refrigerator and thousands of dollars tied up, with no resolution in sight.
I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing large appliances from Lowe’s Danvers.

Don't waste your time here. Ordered a stove to be delivered, smug delivery guy would not bring it to the second floor really?!?! If you can't deliver to a second floor , let people know before spending $900.00 and wasting a day. Home Depot has delivered a stove and fridge to us in the past, up to the second floor !! Called to get a refund, they guy said "I'll call you back" I never got a call back and had to call 3 times before someone said "oh we canceled your order" we'll thanks for the info. Still waiting for the money to be refunded, hopefully today. Stay away from Lowe's, bad experience all around. You'd think in this economy they'll try not to lose a customer, I guess not.

Went to Lowe’s Danvers on 12/8 to purchase a GE washer and dryer. Was excited because the delivery would be two days later on 12/10. We received a text first stating a 1-5pm timeframe. We later received another text stating a 3-7pm timeframe. At 5:30pm we called their dispatch number on the email we originally received to verify they would still be delivering, we were told the driver had a double load and we were number 13 on the list and they were only on number 6. At 7:30 (past the 3-7pm timeframe with no text or update) we called the dispatch number again and no one answered, not sure if the dispatch was closed. We then called the Danvers store and were told the drivers were on delivery number 8 and we were number 13. The drivers showed up at 10:40pm and couldn’t get the truck up the driveway. We could instantly tell he didn’t want to do the job. We measured the opening prior and it’s 30inches and the washer and dryer was 28 inches. He said that one step down would prevent him from getting it to the basement. He said he needed to speak to his warehouse and came back and said they will need to send someone with a smaller truck. I asked if it would be delivered tomorrow 12/11. He said he doesn’t know when it would be delivered, that we will receive a call in the morning. I never wrote reviews, especially bad reviews but this was extremely frustrating. We waited all day and they show up at 10:40pm to not even deliver the washer and dryer. Absolutely unacceptable. We are faithful shoppers of Lowe’s but this experience makes me want to take our business elsewhere.

Stopped in during the week to pick up our yearly Christmas tree. Not a great selection. The sales clerk shared that they sold a lot of trees the day before because of the sale, which ended the day before. Asked if we can have the sale price on our tree (only a few hours difference). The "manager" said no. We left, drove 5 minutes to Home Depot and purchased similiar tree for (literally) half the price. I think we lucked out that Home Depot was having a sale...but we would never have known that without Lowe's turning us off. Will be buying our tree from Home Depot next year as well. Merry Christmas! 🎄
