Dave from the paint Department is the BEST!!! He helped and guided me through the process of getting paint and supplies for a job that I needed for a remodel on a 1400 sq home. I don't understand how in one week's time I go from one of the best experiences to one of the worst experiences! I go in around 3:00 p.m. on a Friday looking for zip system tape which you can find pretty easily at any other store. But when I try to find it on my phone by myself there's none in the location. So I approached the cashier at the pro desk and he has no clue what zip system even is. First how are you going to have somebody working at the pro desk that has no clue about the products. Once he finally figures out what it is I'm looking for he tells me to go to customer service and ask them and maybe they can help me out. As I'm walking through the store all I'm seeing are employees chatting with each other and not working. After about 20 minutes of searching I finally found what I was looking for in a shipping box on the floor nowhere where it was supposed to be. Such a shame for a store to be this lazy
