- MRMigdalia RiveraNov 17, 20231.0I will never call this company again. When we called the first time, everything seemed great. Diligent staff and helped us with the irrigation system. But then the next year we realized that they knew how bad the system was, and they keep suggesting fixes to the system. I called to get two area fixed, and they will show up to work on only one area. Then arrive another day for the next. You know what that means? Another charge for traveling to your home. Then this year they mentioned the system needs replacement. Today I missed a home appointment and they want to charge for the visit and service that was not done. Guess what? My husband was inside the house and no one touched the doorbell. But we will get another bill.

While he was out he gave me the great advice to come here. Was greeted within seconds of walking in the door and within minutes of explaining what I needed had everything and was out the door! Great courteous service and will remember and recommend Hydro-Pro in the future. Felt great to take a shower. Thanks!
