Only at the very end of the process did I discover that my key could not be produced on site or at any smiths in the nearby area. In the end I received the key at my address 6 days after getting it copied. I have no complaints with the product I received, but I would prefer to know how long it will take for me to receive the key right after the key is scanned. In those 6 days, I could have just shopped around other duplication places.
