On August 19, 2025, my wife and I purchased a firm mattress after being told by the salesperson (Casey) that we could exchange it within 90 days for a $175 fee if not satisfied. We were never informed that the display mattresses had been sitting in the store for nearly a year. When the mattress was delivered, it was extremely firm, and I immediately reported it to the store. The salesperson said it would take a year to soften, even though I mentioned having back pain. I filed a corporate complaint asking to waive the exchange fee, but they refused. I exchanged the mattress, but my condition worsened. When I tried to return it within the 90-day period, the store and corporate said I had already used my one exchange and could not return it. I was never informed about this clause.Their website, however, says “If you are not satisfied, we will take the mattress back.” I believe this is misleading and unfair. I purchased this $8,000 mattress through financing and feel misled by both the store and corporate. I am warning people , what ever they say dont trust them and infact the policy written on their website also is misleading.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Josh yesterday. We had done some research and thought we knew what we wanted but Josh made a suggestion that really would be better for us. Josh subtly stepped backwards from the “bedroom” giving us space to speak privately if we needed it. We didn’t, and when that was clear he subtly stepped forward. His sensitivity was matched by his knowledge and clear desire to provide excellent customer service, care, value and advice.
We can’t wait for our mattresses and bases to arrive! Dreaming about dreaming!!!

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options.
