Walter ( in the Burlington Mall ) was friendly , professional & extremely patient with answering all of our questions and helped us figure out exactly what we needed for the space . There couches are expensive, but worth the money when you factor in customer service experience, warranty, quality of product , etc .. In the end Walter made us feel very comfortable with this purchase .
