    On Sunday, February 22, 2026 around 1023hrs I went to Lowe’s in Brockton to return a product that I purchased on 12/6/25. The rude unprofessional low-level minimum wage employee named Nikita refunded me the money for the product but she wouldn’t refund me the money back for the warranty that I paid for in December 6, 2025 when I bought the product. I spoke with a supervisor the name, Jesus, he didn’t seem like he understood what was going on they must promote within their ranks. He didn’t seem like he had intestinal fortitude to deal with a rude unprofessional employee. I thought Lowes had a dress code It seems like she was wearing house slippers while working at Lowe’s. She can;t afford proper footwear for work? Now I understand why she’s a low level minimum wage employee who seems very miserable at her job is working on Sundays at a Big box home improvement store. The rude unprofessional employee Nikita told me that they don’t give warranty refunds after 60 days. The supervisor Jesus told me they don’t give refund for warranty in store at all. I’m not sure what’s going on. I called the warranty department. They told me I had to talk with the store about my refund for the warranty that I purchased. When I called the store they told me I need to call the warranty department. I am getting a runaround about my warranty refund.     I had a very disappointing experience at the Lowe’s in Brockton, MA. I purchased a snowblower, and after completing the sale, employees loaded it into my vehicle. During the loading process, they damaged the snowblower by breaking a part. When I returned to address the issue, the store refused to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while it was in their care. To make matters worse, the manager on duty, called me a liar and refused to provide her information when I asked for it. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I purchased the item in good faith and expected to receive it in proper condition. Instead, I was left with a damaged product and disrespectful treatment. I hope Lowe’s Corporate reviews this situation and ensures customers are treated with fairness and professionalism in the future.
