He confirmed our appointment the day before and day of, and we had a great conversation prior to touring the house for our window treatment needs. I knew from the beginning that James was someone I could trust. I know he has the aesthetic vision and all of the technical know-how to do an exceptional job leading this process. I really appreciate his approach, where he curates three potential fabrics/colors etc for each treatment. Otherwise it is too overwhelming! Once I was ready to move forward (and James didn’t pressure me at all!), he was ready and attentive with the required forms. He even presented multiple, more cost effective options than what we originally planned. I look forward to continuing to work with James and Stoneside. Also, despite a superior experience, Stoneside pricing was surprisingly similar to other quotes I received.
