    Great product quality paired with top service by very knowledgeable personnel. I had a very specific vision in my mind for the overall look that I wanted for all the windows in our new apartment. Abby, the consultant, carefully listened and looked at the various spaces. Her proposal lined up exactly with what I was hoping I could get. We went with a minimalist, clean look of roller shades. Dave came about week later to take precise measurements and collect further information since he would be the one doing the installation. During the installation everything went so very smoothly. Dave arrived on time and worked very efficiently. He explained how motorized shades worked and coordinated with us on how we would like the remote controls to be programmed. When he left, everything was so clean and tidy. There was small snag, one of the shades was the wrong size - a manufacturing mistake. Stoneside handled it so very professionally. They kept me informed during the entire process of getting a new shade. Dave promptly came and installed the last shade once it was ready. It was as hassle-free as possible and of course at no extra cost. I now know where to go for any future window treatment needs.

    Dana and Dave got me very quickly turned around for a simple two window shade installation. Just barely over three weeks from the design consultation with Dana to installation with Dave, for something that had to be made to order. (And it would have been under three if not for a blizzard delaying things by a few days!) I like the speed, I like the professionalism, and I like the results. Thanks!

    We highly recommend Stoneside blinds. The process was so easy and a very friendly expert team from customer support to Dana (design expert) and Dave (installer). Dave did a fantastic job on each window to ensure everything was perfect. Dave was courteous, very neat and before he left made sure we were happy with each window install (17 windows in total).

    Dana was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and overall great to work with as we selected blinds. She provided information and insights that were helpful and without pressure. The measurement and install by Dave went smoothly. He was also kind, skilled, and professional ... And loves dogs :) Overall great experience. This was our second time using Stoneside, and it won't be our last.
