- ALAnnie LeeNov 11, 20251.0Customer service: Went to a barren place with 5 sales associates. No one greeted nor ask if we needed assistance. All five of them just standing there talking amongst themselves. Ambiance: clean and well lit. Furniture: nicely placed but they all looked the same. Perhaps design with more options and color palate to capture buyers varying tastes. Overall: We were prepared to buy the Kyoto dining table and chairs. We saw it through a catalog. They lost a sale today. And we all know this company cannot lose any more sales since they are still suffering from this economy and cannot compete with their competitors, perhaps it’s the poor customer service. We will look into Arhaus instead.
