Clean, easy to access, etc. however, if you want a longer term storage solution DO NOT rely on Extra Space Storage, they continuously up the rent, despite still advertising the original rate online. In less than a year and a half our rate has gone up from $89 to $212, while still advertising our original rate for the unit online. They are not incentivized at all to keep long term storage tenets, but instead encourage a ridiculous turn over rate.
