    I brought a product in (different brand) and asked for the same thing. It was a basic product, but I am relatively new to maintaining a hot tub so am not an expert. The salesperson got me a product and told me this was the same thing (in their brand) and it was absolutely not, and has since damaged our tub to the point that we have to completely drain and refill. Do not recommend.

    Update: Sept 13, 9.45 am. me and a couple of other folks are sitting in our cars in front of the store which is closed. It should have been open 45 min ago but it's not. I have never seen anything like this: no voicemail message when calling the store, no door sign, no Google My Business update for hours changing (?). Just didn't show up. Original Post. If I were to ever own a store, I would dream of having staff as helpful and friendly as at Leslie's Billerica, MA. Amazing service, very knowledgeable, and super-professional. 10 stars to the personnel! Prices are quite pricey though, so pricey that I tend to never buy there unless it's urgent. If you own a pool definitely stop by!

    I went to pickup an online order. I was informed that only a manager could authorize and they were not in until the next day. I drove from far away to pick up an order for a family member who was unable. Clara was EXCEPTIONAL with her customer service and was able to locate the items and fulfill the order. I was a bit of a pain about it and sincerely appreciated the above and beyond service - even bringing items to my car!
