Eyesore building and scam business model that gets you hooked with low rates, then increases them hoping you won’t move your belongings back out. Shameful that the city of Newton allowed this place to open when Waltham already has their own ugly self storage business down the street.

Javon at the front desk called to make sure we had everything we needed and they answered all of our questions on-site. HIGHLY recommend this facility - the units were squeaky clean and the drive-in was very secure!
