  Jennifer was a totally gem and very helpful. I was having difficulty loading my laundry card and she helped me figure out how to load money onto my card to wash our blankets. Jennifer kept the facility nice and tidy and organized carts to insure the environment was welcoming to customers as they arrived. Love that they have free dryers

  Moved to a town nearby and was having a hard time finding a place to do my laundry with my weird hours at work. This place is always spic and span and the employees are usually pretty friendly and attentive. Great hours and nice machines that seem like they are regularly cleaned.

  The CSA Patrick at the 5 Quiton ave in Mass is as absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right size washer for my blankets , when I stepped out he even went above and beyond and put tennis balls in my dryer so they would dry evenly. The location was very clean and he has great communication skills . It was a very pleasant experience coming to this laundromat Max 100% recommend

  My name is sharif I’m a regular customer here I usually come like every 2 weeks I been out traveling so I haven’t been here for a long while, this is my first time meeting this gentleman Ben, his a great worker I really appreciate how he went out of his way to kinda explain and help me with everything I needed, like bags, soaps and it’s been a little while since the last time I was here so I forgot the card system and he walk me through it and refreshed my memory on using the system, it was 3am and most people would have been half asleep and cranky but he was very kind and Active washing the floors repeatedly checking on me and asking if I needed anything honestly it was very great customer service you don’t see much off that now a days, that’s the reason why I’m taking the time to write this review because Ben deserves to be recognize for doing his job excellency and making me feel like a valued customer. he made my morning with he kind and happy energy. I hope you guys value Ben for going the extra mile and I hope I see he him more often. It’s a nice site to see when people actually do there job with a smile on there face. I hate laundry and I had so much to do because how long I been pushing it off and honestly Ben really made the time fly and was a Pleasant surprise

  The attendant Ben that was on duty while I was there was a very pleasant and friendly guy. The washers, dryers and the whole place was sparkling clean inside and very organized. Most laundromats that i walk into are a mess but this one was very clean!! Ben was very helpful in assisting me choose the right size, style and material of laundry bags that I was looking for. No matter how many questions I had he was very patient, polite and helpful and I absolutely appreciate that. We need more workers like Ben!! Thanks Ben, im looking forward to seeing you every time I come in to do my laundry!!!
