  Benjamin is an exceptional employee i went to do my laundry and watched the pride that he took in his work which has been lost and long forgotten in this economy, I feel safe and clean in this environment and know my clothes will be clean and dried in an clean environment, plus all the the workers are very friendly. I have been washing for more than 5 years and I thank you for your service as a team.

  typical laundromax, no signs for poundage on the washers, just labeled big load attleboro falmouth street is nicer, cleaner and has more sitting

  On February 28 at approximately 5:15PM, I came in to complete a full laundry load totaling about $70. Around 5:35 ish One of the machines took payment from my card but did not start the wash cycle. I politely approached the attendant and asked for assistance. He responded, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and I asked do you know who can? He stated “ I do not know who could help. It’s Saturday.” He then walked away without offering any solution. Due to my background in surveillance work, I am very mindful of documentation. After reviewing the policies posted on the wall, I began recording the situation (like machines used , backtracking steps for my records) to ensure I had proof in case I needed to request a refund. When I asked the attendant for his name, he abruptly said, “Hold on, I will get to you in a second,” in a rude and dismissive tone. Once he appeared to realize I was documenting the interaction, his demeanor changed. He came over and used his master card to activate the machine. However, his tone remained disrespectful. While waiting for my clothes to dry, I returned a laundry cart to the same station from which I originally took it. The cart was not blocking the entrance. The attendant aggressively stated, “Don’t block the door,” even though the cart was not near the doorway and was placed where it had been stored. When I returned to move my clothes to the dryer, the attendant approached me and stated, “I called the manager. He’s going to review the cameras. I gave you the wash out of my own money.” This statement was inaccurate. The machine was activated using a master card, which is standard for attendants since they do pay by pound customers It was not a personal payment. I left like antagonized. His continued approach and tone felt intimidating and escalatory. I had to clearly tell him to stop speaking to me because I was beginning to experience a panic response. I live with an anxiety disorder, and this interaction triggered a panic attack. I came in as a paying customer simply requesting assistance for a machine malfunction. Instead of professional help, I was dismissed, spoken to disrespectfully, and then confronted again after the issue had already been resolved. If an employee is not able or willing to resolve basic customer service issues, they should not be placed in a customer-facing role. You don’t need to be a happy go lucky attendant but Please be kind to people.

  Ben is a good worker he is very friendly and he keeps the place very clean 🧼 he needs a raise he works very hard i love coming on his shift to do my laundry because its very very clean and the bathrooms and fabulous and im very comfortable here with this gentleman thanks laundromax for having ben as a worker hes the best

  I can’t say enough good things about this laundromat! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The establishment is incredibly clean, well-organized, and has such a comfortable, inviting atmosphere — which makes all the difference when you’re spending time doing laundry. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Gerber went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness. It’s clear that this place cares about both their facility and the people who walk through the door. I highly recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a clean, organized, and friendly environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!
