Jason and Dylan were great. They did a really nice job cleaning my carpets and spent a good amount of time on them which made me think they really cared how they came out. They took pictures before and after and told me if I have any issues they will come back out to address. Overall a very positive experience.

We have used Longo several times in the past. They always show up on time and are very professional. Today we had Dana and Jack do a very thorough and expedient job on our basement carpets and stairs. Great job, plus very nice guys. They were backed up by the also very nice and professional Olivia in the office who processed our payment over the phone. Great job all around. Thank you, Longo! 👍

Just had our carpets cleaned. The guys were so nice and very informative. They knew what they were talking about. The carpets looked brand new! Very very happy with the results. And it didn’t take a long time either. Pretty fast service from what I was expecting. I will be having this done again in the future.

Had a water extraction done through this company and I'll start from the top. My washing machine flooded the little room it's in during the wash cycle with clear water. I got up all the water from the surface using my vacuum. It had caused leaking to occur to another unit so that was another issue. My condo association owner called me because of the complaint from the other unit and she called Longo on my behalf because she's dealt with the company for years so I thought nothing of it and said she could call them for me. She tells me I'll be forwarded the bill and I said OK. Now when they showed up and did their readings and evaluation, they made it seem like this was going to be an inexpensive job because of their readings. I asked for a price or an estimate and they told me since my condo association called that they will bill them using an algorithm they use. I asked them if they could give me a ball park of a price since I would be the one paying the bill but they wouldn't budge. Whole reason why I allowed them to leave their equipment for an extra day was because I was concerned about possible mold damage but after further research and outside advice the water damage percentage wasn't high enough for that to be an issue. Had they gone over what and why they were doing what they were doing then I'd make them take away their equipment on the second day when they arrived like I originally expected but nooooo they wanted me to keep them for another day. For the amount of work done, no estimate for the project that was then billed at $1,587.04 altogether and poor communication from the workers is why I would give them 1 star. I only gave 2 stars because we came to a financial agreement at $1,250 although I still feel like I overpaid. Anytime a project is going to total $1000 or more, in the state of MA, a company is supposed to give an estimate beforehand and to proceed after the estimate is given I would've had to sign off for it which did not happen all because I didn't call the company myself although I was the one paying the invoice and it overall affected me. They literally charged me the price of a new washer and dryer set for the minimum water extraction job they did. I think they over charge on the equipment used, and their lack of communication is bad for business. If you're thinking about this company, before pulling the trigger like I did, do comparative research first before diving in cause places like this WILL take advantage of hardworking people. Now Amanda and Olivia are the only reason I gave 2 Stars because they were nice, and reasonable to communicate with. Amanda and Olivia both deserve either A) a bonus or B) a raise for handling this situation with me as best as they could. I know they were doing their job as best as they could and although I was disgruntled we came to an agreement/settlement.
