  Customer bought 2 Kohler Cimarron toilets and Lowe's would not refund or even exchange the damaged toilet even though they were never used they hif behind it's hazardous waste and on the phone the manager said they would exchange it and then they went back on their word and said call the manufacturer they were bought from Lowes the day before way to stand behind what you sell or maybe take care of your customers maybe I will never shop with you again Home Depot or a plumbing supply house for now on worst experience ever hope they close this store

  I just want to point something out that I dont normally do but its actually quite irritating! so I found a great deal on trash bags at this store, hefty scented 100 pack box for $4.52 but there were none left so I said OK well I missed the deal but I continued shopping and I saw lowes employees on the clock with whole boxes with 10 to 12 boxes of these trash bags stashed under their desks in the kitchen design area.... that means each person grabbed 1,000 to 1,200 trashbags before customers could even see the deal... meanwhile they didnt purchase them until they clocked out at 3pm and the woman with a whole box which is 10 to 12 100ct boxes wasnt the only person that works here that did it... after 3pm I was checking out and I saw atleast 3 employees walk out with whole display boxes of these trash bags and load them in their cars so you post a deal to the public to get rid of them but then your employees take them all but leave the tag for the deal still dangling there...? I dont quite understand that logic at all but stashing the deal away behind desks and the back warehouse is pretty petty in my opinion I know these people probably dont make much for their time and dont want to be that guy but that to me is just petty as you can be.. you are working on the clock for a business, you shouldn't be able to shop or HORD deals from the customers expecially leaving the tag there and you check how many are available and its over 30 boxes but no where to be seen because the employees are holding them until they clock out thats just unbelievably repulsive to me in every sense... anyways I have pictures of all this but think thats just wrong.
