- SWStephanie WardDec 5, 20251.0Very disrespectful in the store and on the phone yes I got behind a payment they came by my house I told them I’d try to get the funds but no luck so I called the store back and told them they could get the merchandise they said they would I waited 2 hours for them to show up and I called back to see what was going on they said they couldn’t get to it until Monday I told them Monday wouldn’t work so I said Saturday and they said ok very crappy service and crappy customer service I wish I could put a 0 rating I will never ever do business there again

I know I had my kids with me and was not dressed to the T but we was every hot and trying to find a place that I could purchase a brand-new big air conditioner that would cool off my entire house. They lost my money and my family's Business. I would never go back to the one in Winnsboro again. They made my kids and I feel unwelcome

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
