I was asked to send them pictures of the existing lights and did so the same day. Never heard from them until I reached out. I was told it’s their busy season (which I completely understand) so I waited patiently for them to reach out and schedule service. Finally on 7/08 I get a call asking if I “still need service”. That’s 85 days since I initially reached out. I like doing business local whenever possible but I also like doing business with people that want my business. I have since had excellent service from Pinch A Penny.
