- SCSara CarrMay 24, 20195.0Had the best experience with Cory and Dillon today! They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The installation was seamless and they did a step by step walk through to educate me on the security process. They went a step further and told me about promotions and add on features such as fire and carbon monoxide detection that we plan to add to our system. Without their direction I would never have known about these features and would not have added them to our plan. I will ask for them in the future because of how wonderful this morning went! I recommend them to anyone looking for people you can trust and staff that goes above and beyond to help their customers! Great job guys!

Tom came out to see what I wanted and then went over the options without pressuring me in any way. My son hung around while we discussed the options, and when Tom left, my son said, "He's really nice." Then Troy came in and installed it, and he did a great job. The office staff was very friendly and helpful too. All the people I had contact with were very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend United Automation to all my friends and family! Thank you, Brian, for providing such a wonderful service!!!
