I've visited 2 days in a row when the store is packed. Both times yesterday and today my the cashiers were pleasant, smiling and open to conversation. I truly LOVE my Hobby Lobby.

If you're thinking to go to Hobby Lobby during Christmas time but you can get what you need someplace else. Go someplace else because the lines at Hobby Lobby are atrocious. However the staff here at the checkout is great. They are friendly and most helpful. As are the senior staff watching the checkouts. I had an appointment and I wasn't able to stand in the long line and still make my appointment so I asked one of the senior staff if they could hold my merchandise till I could come back. She replied to me that she could check me out on one of the closed registers which was so helpful. The staff is very friendly at Hobby Lobby and even though the merchandise is plentiful you must shop early if you're shopping for a holiday. Your overall experience will always be pleasant.
